Document Intelligence

AI data readiness for documents

AI can only answer from what it can read and trust. Most organizations' documents are scattered, duplicated, scanned without text or missing context — and that limits what AI can do with them.

Describe my document problem Upload requirements

The outcome

Documents turned into clean, governed, well-labelled content that AI tools can use responsibly.

Common situations

  • Using Copilot or ChatGPT-style assistants on company documents
  • Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over policies, contracts or manuals
  • Extracting structured data from years of PDFs
  • Reducing risk before giving AI access to sensitive content

The approach

  1. Ingestion. Gather documents from where they actually live.
  2. Extraction. Get text and fields out, including from scans.
  3. Cleanup. Remove duplicates and obsolete versions.
  4. Normalization. Consistent formats, names and dates.
  5. Governance. Labels and permissions so AI only sees what it should.

Is this the right starting point?

It probably is if:

  • You have a specific AI use in mind
  • Your documents are inconsistent or poorly labelled
  • Some content is sensitive and must stay restricted

Not sure? Describe what is happening — the assessment works out which problem you actually have.

What the free assessment gives you

  • What we understood — the facts you stated, labelled as confirmed, separate from anything inferred.
  • The document problem — which of the common document problems you actually have, so you don't buy for the wrong one.
  • Recommended approach and likely phases — only the capabilities your situation needs.
  • What pricing needs — the next input required, or a status showing the provider will prepare pricing.
  • Missing information — what would sharpen the result, asked one question at a time.

Questions buyers ask

Can't AI just read our documents as they are?

It can read some of them, but scanned images, duplicates and outdated versions lead to wrong or incomplete answers. Preparation improves reliability.

What about confidential documents?

Governance comes first: labels and permissions decide what any AI tool may access.

Where do we start?

With one use case and the documents it depends on. The assessment asks what you want AI to do.

Start with your own words
