Document Intelligence
Intelligent document processing
Intelligent document processing reads incoming documents, recognizes what they are, extracts the fields that matter and sends them to the right place — with people reviewing what the system isn't sure about.
Describe my document problem Upload requirements
The outcome
Less manual data entry, faster turnaround, and a clear record of what was extracted and who approved it.
Common situations
- Invoices and purchase orders
- Claims, applications and enrollment forms
- Contracts and agreements
- Correspondence that needs routing
The approach
- Document mix. Which document types arrive and how many.
- Field definitions. Exactly which values you need from each type.
- Classification and extraction. Automatic reading with confidence checks.
- Human review. People confirm uncertain fields before data moves on.
- Routing and integration. Results delivered into your systems or workflows.
Is this the right starting point?
It probably is if:
- People re-type information from documents every day
- The same few document types make up most of the volume
- You can describe the fields you need
Not sure? Describe what is happening — the assessment works out which problem you actually have.
What the free assessment gives you
- What we understood — the facts you stated, labelled as confirmed, separate from anything inferred.
- The document problem — which of the common document problems you actually have, so you don't buy for the wrong one.
- Recommended approach and likely phases — only the capabilities your situation needs.
- What pricing needs — the next input required, or a status showing the provider will prepare pricing.
- Missing information — what would sharpen the result, asked one question at a time.

Questions buyers ask
Is extraction 100% accurate?
No automated extraction is perfect. Good designs measure confidence and send uncertain fields to a person for review.
Do we need a lot of sample documents?
Samples of each document type help a great deal. The assessment will ask what you have.
Can it work with scanned paper and emailed PDFs?
Both are common inputs; scanned paper needs good capture quality first.
